Mark your calendars! Join the BAACG Board for the Annual Business Meeting and tour of The Museum at The Cliff, Saturday, July 16 at 5:30-8:00pm. Catch up and meet fellow BAACG members and get caught up with BAACG finances, election results, and membership stats as you enjoy light food and drink while enjoying the beautful setting that is The Museum of The Cliff.
Nicole Meldahl, Executive Director of the Western Neighborhoods Project/OpenSFHistory and Alexandra Mitchell, Founder and Principal Conservator of ACT Art Conservation will introduce us to the history of the Museum at The Cliff. Learn more about this incredible location's rich hsitory, its collection and the efforts behinds its on-going preservation. We will also explore the museum's newly opened exhibition, Naiad Cove, an immersive experience showcasing the mythical heritage of Lands End and Ocean Beach that places site-specific contemporary artworks in conversation with historic artifacts–both in situ with the landscape that created them.
